We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding the best talent to fuel our organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local job market, a passion for building professional networks, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess cultural fit, skills, and professional aspirations.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Stay current with local recruitment trends and best practices to optimize our hiring strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
