We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding the best talent to fuel our organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local job market, a passion for building professional networks, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. If you are a proactive communicator with a flair for identifying potential in candidates, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess cultural fit, skills, and professional aspirations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Stay current with local recruitment trends and best practices to optimize our hiring strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
