Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define detailed job descriptions.
- Utilize various channels, including job portals, professional networks, and social media, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficiency in behavioral event interviewing techniques and psychometric tools.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven recruitment decision-making.
