Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define detailed job descriptions.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networking.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
- Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or digital recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and intermediate proficiency in English is a plus.
