Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with clinic managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for medical and operational staff.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical competence and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future clinical roles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or clinical industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with medical professionals effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, job portals, and social media tools for active sourcing.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
