As a Recruitment Staff member, you will handle the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of psychological assessment tools and candidate evaluation techniques. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Administer and interpret psychological and competency-based assessment tools to support hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and department heads.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Prepare and process employment offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycles and modern sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and psychometric testing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
