Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
- Administer and interpret psychological and competency-based assessment tools to support hiring decisions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and department heads.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and process employment offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycles and modern sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and psychometric testing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
