Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Manage job postings across various platforms and social media channels to expand our talent pool.
- Conduct professional assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems accurately.
- Handle the administrative onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to HR management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and interview techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
