Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Execute mass recruitment strategies to fill multiple positions efficiently.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate interview schedules and send professional offer letters.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide weekly performance reports.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
