- Manage end-to-end mass recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Conduct background checks and reference verification for potential candidates
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting recruitment goals
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
