We are currently seeking a highly motivated Recurring Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and growing our recurring service business, focusing on long-term maintenance agreements, service upgrades, and retrofit opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them optimize building performance, reduce operational costs, and achieve their sustainability goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve recurring service revenue targets across assigned accounts in Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including facility managers, building owners, and consultants.
- Promote and sell comprehensive maintenance agreements, service upgrades, and retro-commissioning services for HVAC, Fire, and Security systems.
- Identify and pursue retrofit and modernization opportunities to enhance system efficiency and meet client sustainability objectives.
- Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure seamless proposal generation, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools and Johnson Controls' digital platforms to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, demonstrating value and ROI to clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in building management and service sales.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in service sales, building solutions, HVAC, or a related technical industry.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing a service contract portfolio.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with Singapore's building landscape, codes, and sustainability standards (e.g., BCA Green Mark) is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Valid Singapore driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
