Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain RHEL infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments
- Deploy security patches, kernel updates, and compliance configurations following industry best practices
- Automate system provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using Ansible/Chef
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning, load balancing, and resource allocation
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular failover testing for critical systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate Linux solutions into CI/CD pipelines
- Document system architectures, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge transfer
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with RHEL administration (versions 7-9)
- Strong expertise in LDAP, NFS, iSCSI, and enterprise storage solutions
- Certification in RHCE, RHCSA, or equivalent Linux credentials
- Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash/Python) and automation frameworks
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualization (KVM, VMware)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs)
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through complex system troubleshooting
