Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily refinery operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and HSE departments, to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports and status updates to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct routine inspections of process units to ensure equipment functionality and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or refinery operations.
- Strong knowledge of refinery processes, unit operations, and process instrumentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
