Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily refinery operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor and analyze production reports to identify optimization opportunities
- Track material inventory and supply chain logistics for seamless refinery workflow
- Investigate process anomalies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain comprehensive product traceability records for quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Prepare detailed performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in refinery or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in production monitoring systems
- Knowledge of material handling and inventory management best practices
- Familiarity with refinery safety standards and regulatory requirements
