Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily refinery process variables to ensure optimal production output and efficiency.
- Conduct regular field inspections to verify equipment integrity and operational safety.
- Perform data analysis to identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance and safety teams to execute routine turnarounds and emergency troubleshooting.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of operational performance and incident reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and governmental regulations.
- Support the implementation of new technologies to modernize refinery workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an oil, gas, or petrochemical refinery environment.
- Strong understanding of refinery unit operations (distillation, hydrotreating, reforming, etc.).
- Proficiency in process simulation software and distributed control systems (DCS).
- Solid knowledge of safety protocols, including HAZOP and PSM (Process Safety Management).
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
