Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate refinery equipment to ensure continuous and safe production workflows.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify potential mechanical issues before they impact output.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as per the established maintenance schedule.
- Document all production logs, equipment readings, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to optimize processing efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational anomalies and performing minor technical repairs.
- Participate in emergency response drills and site-wide safety training initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a refinery, chemical plant, or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and risk assessment procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment for maintenance.
- Physically fit to perform tasks in a demanding refinery environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to work shift hours as required by production demands.
