Join the Singapore Refining Company as a Refinery Technician in our Oil Movement department. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our 3-cycle shift team to ensure the safe, compliant, and highly efficient transfer of petroleum products. You will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that operational movements are executed with precision to meet our rigorous safety and production standards.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable with industrial operations, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety in a dynamic refinery environment. You will be responsible for field operations, monitoring equipment, and performing essential manual tasks to support the seamless flow of oil within the facility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute day-to-day operations in the oil movement area, ensuring all transfers are conducted safely and according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor tank levels, pump pressures, and pipeline integrity to prevent spills and operational downtime.
- Perform manual valve lineups and equipment checks as required by the control room or shift supervisor.
- Sample petroleum products accurately for laboratory quality testing and analysis.
- Conduct regular field inspections of loading bays, storage tanks, and pump stations.
- Strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different shifts to ensure smooth handover and operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Chemical Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related industrial field.
- Previous experience in a refinery, petrochemical, or chemical manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Willingness and physical capability to work in a 3-cycle rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and procedural adherence.
- Basic knowledge of oil movement processes, pumps, and valve operations.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, safety data sheets (SDS), and operational logs.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a high-pressure industrial team.
