Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on cold rooms and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in cooling systems and compressors efficiently.
- Monitor temperature controls and data loggers to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct emergency repairs and troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and maintenance logs for all equipment.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to resolve technical issues affecting logistics workflows.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding refrigerants and industrial equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or HVAC.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in cold storage, logistics, or food processing industries.
- Strong working knowledge of ammonia and freon-based refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical blueprints.
- Valid technical certification or trade qualification (e.g., Refrigeration Mechanic License).
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments, including cold storage and confined spaces.
