Central Proteina Prima is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Refrigeration Engineer to join our expanding team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our refrigeration systems, which are essential to our high-standard production processes.
We are looking for a technical expert who can manage complex cold storage systems, perform preventative maintenance, and lead troubleshooting efforts. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain industrial refrigeration systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance schedules and conduct emergency repairs when required.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure all maintenance logs are documented accurately.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize system downtime and production delays.
- Ensure all refrigeration activities strictly adhere to company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment or system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration cycles, and control systems (PLC experience is a plus).
- Proficient in identifying and resolving complex technical issues within a cold chain or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations (K3).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Willingness to be based in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
