Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.
- Perform advanced thermal calculations and load analysis to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Conduct regular system testing and diagnostics to identify potential mechanical or electrical failures.
- Lead complex troubleshooting efforts for high-capacity cooling units and HVAC infrastructure.
- Implement proactive product improvement strategies to extend equipment lifespan and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support factory-level engineering projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system performance, service logs, and maintenance schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Refrigeration Engineering or HVAC systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and refrigerant cycle dynamics.
- Proven track record in industrial troubleshooting and preventative maintenance programs.
- Proficiency in thermal modeling software and technical schematic interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
