We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Refrigeration System & Utility Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that all refrigeration units, electrical systems, and utility infrastructures are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial cooling systems, power distribution, and instrumentation. You will play a pivotal role in minimizing downtime, optimizing energy consumption, and ensuring that our production lines remain fully functional around the clock. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and preventative maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems and utility infrastructure.
- Monitor and calibrate electrical control panels, instruments, and PLC systems to ensure seamless production integration.
- Conduct regular diagnostic checks to identify potential failures and implement proactive repair strategies.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for utility system malfunctions, minimizing impact on production schedules.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized equipment servicing.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and ISO quality management systems.
- Provide technical documentation and daily reports regarding system performance and energy efficiency metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration or utility plant operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, and control loops.
- Familiarity with local safety standards (DOSH/NIOSH guidelines) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and technical blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
