- Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and motivate the PHG sales team to drive high performance and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new territories in Kuantan.
- Key Account Management: Manage high-value client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional management.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local economic conditions to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and logistics teams to resolve client issues and optimize service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Track Record: Proven history of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Excellent team management capabilities with a focus on coaching and development.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
