- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Melaka and Negeri Sembilan regions
- Identify, acquire, and maintain key client relationships across various industries
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure performance targets are met
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Represent J&T Express at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in logistics or transportation industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional management role
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Melaka and Negeri Sembilan business landscape and market dynamics
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative approach
