We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Manager (Mindanao) to drive our merchant acquisition and relationship management strategies across the Mindanao region. In this role, you will be at the forefront of financial inclusion, connecting local businesses with our seamless digital payment solutions.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, executing strategic sales plans, and onboarding new merchants into our ecosystem. You will cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring that our clients maximize the value of our platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth of the Philippine digital economy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the full sales cycle for merchant acquisition, from identifying leads to final contract signing within the Mindanao region.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and assess competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client service.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to potential partners, clearly articulating the benefits of our local payment solutions.
- Monitor account health and proactively address client needs to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Fintech, E-commerce, or Banking sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Mindanao region.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Philippine payment landscape is a strong plus.
