- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Modern Trade accounts in Sumatera
- Manage key account relationships and negotiate commercial agreements with major retailers
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to implement promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain competitive advantage
- Train and motivate sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for senior management
- Ensure optimal product distribution and availability across retail channels
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade sales or account management
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of Sumatera's retail landscape and distribution channels
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with key stakeholders
- Proficient in sales analytics and reporting tools (SAP, CRM systems)
- Ability to travel extensively within Sumatera region
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
