Coins.Ph is looking for a high-energy Regional Account Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the Visayas region. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, driving the adoption of local payment solutions and building deep-rooted partnerships with merchants and businesses in the region.

We are seeking a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage a robust pipeline of local business partners and merchants in the Visayas region.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute regional market strategies to increase the adoption of Coins.Ph payment solutions.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure high retention and growth.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and product implementation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly regional sales targets and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in business development, account management, or field sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments industries.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and managing complex sales funnels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep familiarity with the local Visayan business landscape and professional network.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote or field-based setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven reporting tools.
