Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver specialized technical expertise for HVAC and hydronic system design across regional MNC projects
- Provide on-site application support and troubleshooting during system commissioning and implementation
- Develop and conduct technical training programs for clients on system operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare technical proposals and system specifications
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and diagnostic analysis
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including manuals and compliance reports
- Stay current with industry trends to recommend innovative HVAC and hydronic solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical field
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in HVAC/Hydronic system application engineering
- Strong proficiency in system design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and simulation tools
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for client training and stakeholder presentations
- Proven experience working with multinational corporations in the APAC region
- Ability to manage multiple regional projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English with strong technical documentation abilities
