ADP Industries Corporation is seeking a dynamic Regional/Area Sales Manager to drive our growth strategy in Metro Manila. As a key leader in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing territory sales plans while mentoring high-performing teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue generation. You'll analyze market trends to identify new opportunities, build strong B2B relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly/annual targets in assigned territory
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence
- Identify and penetrate new market segments through competitive analysis and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations
- Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for market expansion
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly valued)
- Ability to travel within Metro Manila and work flexible hours
