This pivotal role focuses on supporting the Privacy Local Addendum Analysis and Implementation for a prominent Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) client.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the analysis and documentation of Privacy Local Addendums (PLA) across various regional jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in CIB to ensure seamless implementation of data privacy controls and protocols.
- Perform comprehensive gap analysis between existing data governance frameworks and emerging regional privacy regulations.
- Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Conduct impact assessments on current data workflows and recommend mitigation strategies for identified risks.
- Liaise with legal, compliance, and IT teams to translate complex privacy mandates into clear technical requirements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of implementation projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder training on new data governance processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Data Governance principles and regional Data Privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, or similar).
- Proven experience in handling regulatory implementation projects in a corporate banking environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
