  • Drive regional business development initiatives to identify, qualify, and secure new strategic partnerships and key accounts within the cold chain logistics sector.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies across targeted regions in Asia Pacific.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects, leading the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and forge valuable connections.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets and KPIs, contributing directly to the company's regional growth objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in business development or B2B sales, with a significant portion in the logistics or supply chain industry, specifically cold chain.
  • Proven track record of success in a regional "hunter" role, consistently exceeding sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Extensive network and established relationships within the cold chain logistics ecosystem across Southeast Asia or broader APAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and close complex deals with large enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and forecast revenue.
