Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage regional process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in logistics and transport operations.
- Oversee the execution of key transformation projects, ensuring milestones are met and business requirements are fulfilled.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and process ownership.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, driving corrective actions where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
- Proven track record in leading process transformation projects within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong data-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
