Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in building automation systems (BAS)
- Expertise in HVAC controls, BACnet, and Modbus protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical diagnostics
- Certification in building automation (e.g., LEED, BACnet) preferred
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Experience with regional stakeholder management
