In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the APAC Senior Regional HSE Manager. You will be instrumental in driving our regional compliance strategy, ensuring that all operational activities align with global HSEQ standards and local regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the APAC Senior Regional HSE Manager in developing and implementing regional HSEQ strategies and frameworks.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and site inspections across APAC operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with local site managers to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain regional HSEQ documentation and ensure reporting accuracy for global stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regional regulatory environments to update internal policies and processes accordingly.
- Facilitate regional safety training programs to foster a robust culture of safety awareness and operational excellence.
- Provide technical support and guidance to local teams regarding international certifications (ISO standards).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HSEQ roles, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Proven experience in conducting internal audits and managing safety compliance across multiple regional sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and HSEQ management software.
- Ability to travel within the APAC region as required by business operations.
