Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of multiple branch locations within the Yogyakarta region
- Lead academic processes including curriculum implementation, teacher training, and quality assurance
- Manage branch performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions
- Develop and execute regional strategies to enhance student enrollment and satisfaction
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between academic, sales, and support teams
- Conduct regular branch audits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Represent Ruangguru in local community events and stakeholder engagements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in branch management or regional coordination
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Data-driven decision-making experience with performance metrics
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Familiarity with educational operations and student engagement strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational management systems
