Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the corporate client base in the Johor region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B corporate gifting sector
- Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management
- Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients to secure profitable deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for corporate clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales and procurement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and procurement management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the corporate gifting or similar industry
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management
- Excellent knowledge of the Johor market and corporate business landscape
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
