Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional market entry and growth strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional high-performing team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic hotel inventory to expand our global supply chain.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and hotel partners.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven tools into daily operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy in real-time.
- Represent the company at industry events and establish our brand presence in the region.
- Report performance metrics and strategic progress to global headquarters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of leadership experience in travel technology, OTA, or hospitality distribution.
- Proven ability to manage and scale regional operations successfully.
- Deep existing network within the Indonesian hotel and tourism sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with a focus on leveraging data and AI for business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on P&L management and operational scalability.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced technology-driven environment.
