We are currently seeking a Regional Facilities Manager (Expression of Interest) to oversee our operations in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic management and maintenance of our extensive facility portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional tenant experiences.
As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will act as a key partner to senior leadership, driving cost efficiency through strategic sourcing and lifecycle asset management. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining high standards of health, safety, and security across all managed properties. You will lead a diverse team of facility professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our facilities management division.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of regional facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with CBRE’s global standards.
- Manage annual budgets, forecast expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives through vendor negotiations and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE).
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and contractors, to address requirements and resolve issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities management team.
- Implement and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in facilities management, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facilities portfolios and complex operations.
- Strong knowledge of local Singaporean building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software (e.g., Hippo, Sitemeter) and MS Office suite.
- Chartered member status (e.g., CIOB, RICS) is highly desirable.
