Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional facilities management strategies to align with client business objectives.
- Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational continuity across the region.
- Manage and optimize operational budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX planning, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Direct and monitor the performance of third-party vendors, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are strictly met.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and energy management programs to reduce operational footprints.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor site-level facilities teams to foster a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular reporting on property performance and risk mitigation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate real estate or facilities management, with regional exposure.
- Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), MEP infrastructure, and smart building technology.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex service contracts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office Suite.
- Professional certification (e.g., IFMA, CFM, or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
