- Lead end-to-end transformation projects across the FVL (Freight, Vehicle, Logistics) value chain
- Develop and execute strategic project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables

- Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple regions and departments

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics project management with regional scope
- Proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives in FVL sector
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Certified PMP or PRINCE2 professional designation
- Deep understanding of global logistics operations and supply chain optimization
