Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for strategic FVL transformation initiatives across APAC
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation frameworks
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in project execution
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure business requirements are fully addressed
- Implement agile methodologies and digital tools to enhance project efficiency and scalability
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in regional APAC logistics/transport sector
- Proven expertise in managing complex transformation programs within freight, logistics, or manufacturing
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with demonstrated experience in agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-cultural, multinational teams
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or other APAC languages advantageous
