Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations and team management in the Denpasar Barat region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets and KPIs
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics for optimal efficiency
- Train and mentor store staff to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and brand initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in furniture/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Bali's local market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools
