Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years engineering experience with 5+ years in regional leadership
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong strategic planning and business development acumen
- Expertise in P&L management and operational budgeting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of engineering best practices and regulatory frameworks
