We are seeking a dynamic Regional Head Student Recruitment to drive our international enrollment strategy in Malaysia. This pivotal leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in education sales and partnership development. You will collaborate directly with the Head of International Student Recruitment to expand our institutional footprint by nurturing existing agent relationships and forging new collaborations across Southeast Asia.
As a key member of our recruitment leadership team, you'll develop and execute regional recruitment strategies, lead high-performing sales teams, and represent our institution at international education fairs and events. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize recruitment channels, and implement data-driven enrollment campaigns that align with our institutional goals.

- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for the Malaysia region to achieve enrollment targets
- Manage and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering high performance and professional growth
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with educational agents, institutions, and government stakeholders
- Represent the institution at international education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling recruitment materials and digital campaigns
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in student recruitment with 3+ years in leadership/management
- Proven experience developing partnerships with educational agents and institutions
- Strong understanding of international student markets and regulatory environments
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic planning ability with demonstrated success in achieving enrollment targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment analytics tools
