Asticom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Head of Facilities Management to oversee operations in the Central Visayas region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of regional telecom facilities, ensuring the highest standards of uptime, maintenance, safety, and reliability for critical infrastructure.
As the Regional Head, you will act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. You will drive initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, manage budgets effectively, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all facility operations and maintenance activities across Central Visayas.
- Ensure the reliability and uptime of critical telecom infrastructure and data centers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate facility management teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor operational budgets and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Facilities Management, specifically within the Telecom industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Facilities Management or Project Management are highly preferred.
