Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to regional sales teams including order processing, documentation, and reporting
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve sales-related issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain and update sales databases, tracking pipelines, and performance metrics
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management
- Assist in organizing sales events, customer meetings, and promotional activities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve regional targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Malay language proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- Experience working in MNC or regional roles within the Southeast Asia market is preferred
