Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor regional IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% system uptime and stability.
- Act as a primary point of escalation for complex IT incidents, providing timely and effective technical resolutions.
- Lead regional IT projects, including system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure rollouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT security policies and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service logs.
- Optimize network and server performance by analyzing utilization data and proposing scalable enhancements.
- Provide training and technical guidance to junior team members to uplift the regional support capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or IT Support, preferably within a large-scale or regional environment.
- Strong understanding of network administration, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and enterprise hardware.
- Proven ability to manage IT incidents under pressure and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible) to streamline operational tasks.
- Solid grasp of ITIL framework, cybersecurity best practices, and regional compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
