As a Regional Key Account Executive, you will be the face of Kapal Api Global, responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with our company's objectives. Your deep understanding of the Modern Trade landscape, including both LKA (Large Key Accounts) and MTI (Modern Trade Institutions), will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and maximizing our market presence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sustainable growth and market share within the Modern Trade channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the West Area and East Area
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and competitive analysis

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts in the Modern Trade channel
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
