Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep technical understanding of Data Center Infrastructure? Adecco is partnering with a global industry leader to appoint a Regional Key Account Manager to drive business growth across the Central Region.
In this strategic role, you will be the primary point of contact for hyperscalers and colocation operators, delivering cutting-edge data center solutions. You will be responsible for mapping out the regional landscape, identifying key stakeholders, and cultivating long-term partnerships that solidify our client's market position. This is a high-impact position designed for a self-motivated expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to navigate complex sales cycles within the critical infrastructure and mission-critical power/cooling space.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies for high-value hyperscalers and colocation data center providers.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for data center infrastructure solutions within the regional territory.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer technical requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, technical stakeholders, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales engineering and project management teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine regional sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to leadership, ensuring the achievement of regional revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in B2B account management, specifically within Data Center Infrastructure, Power, Cooling, or IT Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the hyperscale and colocation market landscape in the Central Region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven capability to manage complex, multi-million dollar deals and long-cycle sales processes.
- Strategic thinker with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and consultative selling.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required to support business development activities.
