Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop loan officers and staff to maximize productivity and achieve regional targets.
- Drive the strategic growth of SME financing by identifying market opportunities and implementing effective lending strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end loan processing workflow, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor regional loan portfolio performance, analyze delinquency rates, and implement corrective measures to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong background in SME financing, loan portfolio management, and credit analysis.
- Proven track record of driving team growth and achieving aggressive sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Must be willing to be based in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao.
- Proficiency in using financial management software and CRM systems is highly preferred.
