Are you a strategic sourcing professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain networks? We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a Regional Logistics Procurement Executive to join their dynamic team in the East Region of Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end logistics procurement, driving cost-efficiencies, and strengthening our cross-border carrier partnerships across the APAC region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage regional procurement activities for cross-border logistics, ensuring optimal service quality and competitive pricing.
- Lead the end-to-end Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for global and regional freight forwarding services.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with logistics service providers and carriers across the APAC region.
- Analyze logistics spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and network optimization initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain planning, to align procurement strategies with business needs.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting cross-border trade to mitigate supply chain risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably with regional exposure.
- Proven track record in managing cross-border logistics contracts and tender processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data and cost structures.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing multi-cultural stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed regional team.
