You will play a critical role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing carrier partnerships, ensuring that our logistics operations are not only cost-effective but also resilient and scalable. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage regional procurement activities, focusing on cross-border logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Lead end-to-end RFQ processes, including tender preparation, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide strategic sourcing recommendations that mitigate risks and reduce costs.
- Drive network optimization initiatives to improve lead times, service reliability, and overall supply chain visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong performance management frameworks for key carriers and logistics service providers (LSPs).
- Prepare periodic reporting on procurement performance, cost savings, and vendor KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in logistics procurement or strategic sourcing within a regional APAC context.
- Proven expertise in managing cross-border logistics, including air, sea, and road freight categories.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance, Incoterms, and regional customs requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple regional projects simultaneously.
