- Lead end-to-end logistics procurement for cross-border supply chains in APAC
- Manage carrier contracts, negotiations, and performance monitoring
- Develop and execute RFQ processes for logistics services and freight solutions
- Optimize regional logistics network through cost-benefit analysis and route planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Implement vendor management programs and KPI tracking systems
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years in procurement/logistics with 3+ years in cross-border operations
- Proven experience in carrier management and freight procurement
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated cost-saving achievements
- RFQ process development and implementation expertise
- APAC logistics network optimization experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and data analytics tools
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business field
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
